Gary Collyer has resigned from his role as Senior Technical Adviser to the ICC Banking Commission

taken for a number of reasons that will remain largely private, but for
those interested do not involve health issues! The ICC Banking
Commission will shortly be announcing the new structure for the
Technical Adviser function.
