Refer to UCP 600 sub-article 14 (k): The shipper or consignor of the goods indicated on any document need not be the beneficiary of the credit. Question: In my opinion, “third party as shipper is not acceptable” = “UCP 600 sub-article 14 (k) is excluded”, i.e. the shipper indicated on any document must be the beneficiary of the credit. Please confirm.
